Director of the High School Yuliia Lykhach took part in a working meeting between the NAUCS and representatives of the Ministry of Veterans Affairs.

In the context of the social adaptation of people who have been challenged by war, it is important to work together to reintegrate the defenders of Ukraine into social processes.

During the meeting, they discussed the employment of female and male veterans in the public service, options for cooperation, employment opportunities, and interaction at each stage. The importance of organisational culture in teams and readiness to adapt to changes caused by the war was also discussed.
It should be noted that all stakeholders, including government agencies, NGOs, veterans’ associations and veterans themselves, should cooperate to address the issue of employment and reintegration after the war.
