The National Commission on State Language Standards is a central executive body with a special status, whose activities are directed and coordinated by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine through the Minister who heads the central executive body in the field of education and science. The Commission’s activities are aimed at establishing and developing the national language of Ukraine, its logical, consistent, expedient and scientifically based standardisation.





Government Commissioner for Gender Policy is an official authorised by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and entrusted with the function of organising the exercise of powers by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in the field of ensuring equal rights and opportunities for women and men in all spheres of society.

Kateryna Borysivna Levchenko was appointed Government Agent for Gender Policy by the Order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 90-r dated 14 February 2018.

Taras Shevchenko National University of Chernihiv Collegium is a higher education institution in Ukraine, a centre of higher education in the northern Left Coast of Ukraine. Today, Taras Shevchenko National University of Chernihiv Collegium is a leading higher education institution of the fourth accreditation level, which includes the Lazarevsky Institute of History and Social Sciences and six faculties with more than 3,000 full-time and part-time students.





Western Ukrainian National University is a higher educational institution of Ukraine of the IV accreditation level in Ternopil. State Tax University is a higher educational institution in Irpin, the basic educational institution of the State Tax Service of Ukraine. It is subordinated to the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine.
