Purpose:

To ensure centralized assessment of candidates' professional competencies during the competition for civil service positions in accordance with the procedure established by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

Task:

1. To assessment the professional competencies of candidates during the competition for civil service positions in accordance with the procedure established by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

2. Developing a list of test questions on knowledge of legislation and answer options (with the correct answer) for testing candidates for civil service positions.

3. Develop a list of test questions to test the analytical skills and ability to work with information of candidates for civil service positions.

4. Development of situational tasks for assessing the professional competence of candidates for civil service positions.

5. Providing methodological support to competition commissions, HR services and competition administrators in conducting competitions for civil service positions of categories "A" and " B ", positions of reform specialists and positions in local state authorities.

6. Organizing and conducting educational events for persons (including young people) who plan to enter the civil service or local self-government.
