Effective human resources management is the foundation for the success of public authorities, ensuring their ability to achieve strategic goals and fulfil their obligations to society. Authorities with effective HRM policies have higher productivity, better quality of services and higher levels of citizen satisfaction.

On 11 July, the High School, in cooperation with the National Agency of Ukraine on Civil Service, the EU4PAR project and the Reform Support Team of the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine, launched a training course for representatives of HR departments of public authorities. The HR Workshop is a platform where professional trainers and participants share their experience and new approaches to HR management.

This year, the event is being held online. During the training, experts will teach their own modules covering leadership, interaction between an HR representative and a manager, and the development and implementation of HR strategies.

In previous years, 105 HR representatives completed this training. HR workshop graduates are an active part of the professional community, making a significant contribution to the development of HR policy in the civil service.
