In March, the High School, together with the NACP, held a training course on “Organisation of Declaration Work in a State Agency”.

This is a general short-term professional development programme for anti-corruption commissioners, which has helped more than 80 students improve their knowledge.

The training programme is aimed at improving professional competences, such as knowledge of corruption prevention legislation, including compliance with financial control requirements, as well as professional knowledge of the legal and organisational framework for the functioning of the corruption prevention system and integrity in the field of verification of declarations submitted by the organisation’s declarants.

Experts from the NACP’s Integrity Office introduced the students to the innovations in e-declaration and practical aspects that facilitate the work of the Commissioners. In particular, the training covered the algorithm for organising the work of the declaration officers, the peculiarities of organising the declaration during martial law, determining the list of declaration subjects, filling in certain sections of declarations, automated verification of declarations, etc.

The High School is the only educational institution that trains authorised persons in the field of corruption prevention and detection. In cooperation with the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption, it provides an appropriate level of professional training for public servants, which helps to increase their competence in the field of corruption prevention, develop their skills in effective public administration in compliance with high standards of openness and transparency in their activities.
