The webinars of the EU Policy Making professional development programme have started

The professional development programme is implemented by the High School of Public Governance in cooperation with the College of Europe in Natolin as part of the Natolin4Capacity Building project.

The first discussion with Ukrainian public servants was held by Andrew Bruce, author of the course “Political Dialogue and Communication”. The expert has more than 20 years of experience in foreign policy and democracy support, including at the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights in Warsaw and the UN Department of Political Affairs. Andrew Bruce has also led the deployment of many international election observation missions around the world and is the author and editor of a number of publications on international and public election observation.

It should be noted that the Natolin4Capacity Building project is funded by the EU and implemented by the College of Europe in Natolin together with the Government Office for Coordination of European and Euro-Atlantic Integration, the High School of Public Governance, the National Agency of Ukraine for Civil Service and the European Union in Ukraine.
