The selection of participants in the HR Workshop training program for HR specialists has been completed. 120 employees sent in their application forms.

Based on the results of the work of the commission, which consists of independent representatives of EU4PAR, the Reform Support Team of the Ministry of Economy and NAUCS, 35 winners were selected.

For 3 months, they will be acquiring new knowledge and studying the main components of the HRM system, working on team projects.

Now we need new knowledge and tools in HR management, as the needs of employees have changed. So we wish the program participants to immerse themselves in an exciting learning process.

The HR Workshop program is designed for HR specialists and is implemented with the support of: NAUCS, EU4PAR, the Reform Support Team of the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine (acting within the framework of the Ukrainian Reform Architecture project) and the High School of Public Governance.
