The Agreement on Partnership and Cooperation between the High School and Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv was signed

On 18 May 2023, Yuliia Lykhach, Director of the High School of Public Governance, and Volodymyr Buhrov, Rector of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, signed a partnership and cooperation agreement.

As Yuliia Lykhach noted: “The signing of the memorandum will launch cooperation between educational institutions to implement joint educational projects aimed at improving the professional competence of public servants in accordance with the best European practices.”

The High School of Public Governance was established by the order of the National Agency of Ukraine for Civil Service as a postgraduate educational institution to provide educational services in the field of professional development and advanced training of public servants – persons holding political positions, civil servants, heads of local state administrations, their first deputies and deputies, local government officials, and deputies of local councils.

Today, Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv is a classical research university, a leading modern research and educational centre of Ukraine. It trains specialists at the Junior Specialist, Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees, as well as highly qualified postgraduate and doctoral students. Kyiv University maintains extensive international relations with universities from around the world. Today, the university has bilateral partnership agreements with 227 foreign educational and research institutions from 57 countries.
