At the High School, 42 public servants completed the general short-term programme “Human Rights in the EU”.

This programme is aimed at improving knowledge of the sources of legal regulation of the status of human beings and citizens in the European Union, the system of EU institutions and their powers to protect the rights of EU citizens, and the case law of the Court of Justice of the European Union in the field of human rights protection.

The students had the opportunity to improve their professional competence in EU standards and identify the main human rights problems in Ukraine and ways to overcome them.

It should be noted that the programme partner is the Hanns Seidel Foundation in Ukraine, which provides expert support and assistance in the implementation of the reform of public administration and public service, local self-government, and professional development of public servants.
