On 14 September, the Social Dialogue and Labour Relations course was presented.

The course was developed by the Project “Inclusive Labour Market for Job Creation in Ukraine”, funded by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark in cooperation with the ILO International Training Centre in Turin, the National Academy of Social Sciences, the High School and the National Tripartite Social and Economic Council.

The National Agency of Ukraine for State Schools, together with the High School of Public Governance, is working to ensure that civil servants and local officials master modern ideas, values and principles of social dialogue. This year, in partnership with the Trade Union of Employees of State Institutions of Ukraine, two separate programmes were developed for public servants of category A and public servants of category B on the topic of Social Dialogue as a Mechanism of Public Administration in the Context of War, Post-War Reconstruction and Ukraine’s Accession to the EU.

The section “Implementation of European Standards of Social Dialogue as a Mechanism for Restoring and Developing Ukraine as a Strong European Country” was also successful at the internationally organised scientific and practical conference “European Guidelines for Public Administration” held in May as part of the Europe Week.

Cooperation with the Trade Union of Employees of State Institutions of Ukraine and the Analytical and Consulting Centre for Public Administration and Law in holding this section continued. A monograph based on the results of the conference will soon be published, with a section devoted to social dialogue.
