On 19 April 2023, the High School of Public Governance and the Disinformation Action Centre signed a partnership and cooperation agreement.

Yuliia Likhach, Director of the High School, and Andrii Shapovalov, Acting Head of the Disinformation Counteraction Centre, discussed the joint expert development of educational, methodological and scientific support for the professional development of public servants, in particular on countering disinformation in the de-occupied territories, etc.

The agreement provides for the establishment of cooperation between the parties on the implementation of scientific and practical projects and programmes, communication and scientific and educational events. The partnership between the parties will also become more conceptual in terms of experience exchange and publication of analytical and informational materials to disseminate new ideas and best practices in public governance and public service, professional development of public servants, local government officials, heads of local state administrations, and members of local councils.
