Yuliia Lykhach, Head of the High School, and Yegor Minenko, Chairman of the Union of Young Civil Servants of Ukraine, signed a Partnership and Cooperation Agreement.
In the context of martial law and constant external threats, it is important to support and develop the active civic position of young people, as they play a key role in mobilising the community to solve social problems, protect democratic values and post-war reconstruction.
The signed document regulates the stakeholders cooperation in implementing joint programmes, conducting trainings, seminars and other events; conducting research and outreach activities; and participating in international projects to share experiences and learn from best international practices.
The implementation of joint activities will create conditions that will facilitate the recruitment of motivated and professional young people to the public service, which will lead to an increase in the efficiency and quality of government work.
Such cooperation will also make it possible to implement many youth initiatives in the public service, making it truly modern and open.
