On October 1, 2024, the networking event ‘Digitalization of the Educational Process: Practical Cases’ was held.
The event was attended by representatives of the National Agency of Ukraine on Civil Service, the High School of Public Governance, the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, and representatives of higher education institutions.
The networking participants exchanged views, knowledge, and experience in implementing digital technologies in the educational process, discussed trends and challenges in the digital transformation of education.
The issues of opportunities for civil servants on the Diia.Osvita platform, the use of Quests’N’Tools technology, digital tools for managing professional training of civil servants on the example of the Knowledge Management Portal, and the possibility of digitalising the educational process with the help of Microsoft were considered.

Serhii Kukh, Centre for Digitalization of Professional Learning and Development of the High School of Public Governance, presented a new educational platform for distance learning, StudyiЯ. He spoke about the capabilities of digital tools used on the platform, namely the adaptation and development of individual professional development paths for each user individual professional development paths for each user. Among other things, effective learning is achieved through the use of technologies such as artificial intelligence, gamification and simulation. The High School’s educational platform was developed and transferred to the High School as part of the Natolin4Capacity Building project.
At the end of the event, the participants stressed the importance of further developing digital awareness among civil servants and teachers, as well as the need to constantly update digital learning tools. The discussion of practical cases demonstrated that digitalisation of the educational process not only contributes to improving the efficiency of learning, but also creates new opportunities for professional development.
