The Director of the High School of Public Governance, Yuliia Lykhach, met with representatives of the HELP (Human Rights Education for Lawyers) project for Ukraine, including in times of war.

The project aims to improve the qualifications of lawyers in Ukraine for the effective application of European human rights standards, including during the war.

During the meeting, the parties discussed future cooperation in adapting the national version of the training course on internal displacement on the HELP e-learning platform and developing a training programme on this topic.

The course is scheduled to start in November 2023.
