The project is implemented by the National Agency of Ukraine on Civil Service in cooperation with EF Language Learning Solutions. Its goal is to enhance the language capacity of civil servants.

The advantages of learning English on the EF platform include access from various devices, an interactive interface, practical tasks, a choice of learning pace, and progress tracking. Training modules adapted to Ukrainian realities include grammar, listening, reading and speaking skills.

Before starting the course, everyone will be offered a test to determine their level of English. Based on the test results, the system will offer an optimal course programme.

Upon completion of each language level on the EF platform, participants will receive certificates of completion.

The project’s English language learning programme for civil servants is available to registered users of the Knowlede Management Portal (registration algorithm).

Please note that for civil servants (registered users of the Knowledge Management Portal), the link to the training course is distributed exclusively by authorised persons of the HR service through the personal account of the respective user of the Knowledge Management Portal.

The link to the training course is automatically displayed in the account of the authorised person of the HR service in the section “Recommendations of providers” after the NAUCS approves the account “HR service” of the relevant government/local self-government body on the Knowledge Management Portal, which is carried out on the basis of an official letter to the NAUCS.

Conditions for the approval of the “HR Service” account: creation of an account using an email address in the gov.ua domain zone; an official request to the NAUCS from the government/local self-government authority for approval of the authorised person of the HR service on the Knowledge Management Portal (with full name, position and email address (in the gov.ua domain zone).
