The High School of Public Governance has a fruitful cooperation with the MATRA project “Good Governance and Integrity in the Public Sector in Ukraine”, which is supported by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of the Netherlands and the Hague Academy of Local Government.

The best practices of the results of this cooperation are reflected in the updated manual “Promoting Integrity and Good Governance. Reflections and Best Practices for Public Institutions”. It discusses the importance of integrity for public organisations and institutions and provides practical tools for building integrity within the public sector. Furthermore, the manual contains reflections and reflections on Ukraine’s efforts in the field of integrity and good governance and reflects the best practices of the project.

The partnership has also resulted in the implementation of professional development programmes on integrity policy implementation in the public sector, the training of 20 trainers on promoting integrity in the public service, and the updating of the online course “Integrity of a Public Servant in the Performance of Duty”.

According to Yuliia Lykhach, Director of the High School, integrity is a systemic element of all curricula, and the experience of our international colleagues, projects, and public administration schools is very important. “We hope that our cooperation in promoting the values of public integrity will continue to be fruitful, and that it will result in new curricula and online courses.”
