On 5 December 2023, the eleventh meeting of the Academic and Methodological Council of the High School took place.

The agenda included the implementation of the schedule of professional development of public servants, heads of local state administrations, their first deputies and deputies, and local self-government officials at the Higher School of Public Administration in 2023.

Inna Satyr, Deputy Head of the Center for Professional Development in the Sphere of Regional Development, Local Self-Government and Restoration of Ukraine, Viktoriia Verzun, Head of the Сenter for Professional Development in State Language Competencies, and Alyona Solonetska, Deputy Head of the Center for Professional Development of Management Competencies.

In addition, the members of the Teaching and Methodological Council reviewed the textbook Le français professionnel dans l’administration publique: a textbook for public servants and local government officials, developed by Liubov Khomichak, a lecturer at the Center for Study of Official Languages of the European Union. According to Iryna Tymoshchuk, Head of the Center for Study of Official Languages of the European Union, the textbook has received positive feedback, has been tested in the course of teaching programmes for public servants, is compact and convenient, and is easy to learn. The Scientific and Methodological Council recommended the textbook for publication and use.

Following the meeting, decisions were made that will contribute to improving the educational process and the quality of advanced training for public servants.
