The High School continues to implement innovative training programmes for HR specialists in cooperation with the Regional Fund ‘Public Administration Reform in the Eastern Partnership Countries’ of GIZ Ukraine.
On 5 September, a regular session of training for representatives of public authorities’ HR departments on the adaptation of female and male veterans to work in the public service was completed. This project is an important step towards creating an inclusive society where veterans have equal opportunities to fulfil their potential.
Olena Nikolska, a military psychologist, crisis interventionist, and expert in leadership and team development, worked with 20 participants in the programme.
The training programme included the study of the principles of inclusiveness in communication with veterans and families of servicemen, taking into account their psycho-emotional state.
The training participants not only gained theoretical knowledge but also practiced practical skills in interactive formats, which will allow HR departments to more effectively help veterans adapt to new professional activities and facilitate their quick integration into the team.
