On 9-10 July 2024, the High School is holding a training for trainers, which is one of the priorities of the institution.

For two days, 15 participants will study ‘Modern Tools for the Professional Development of Public Servants’ together with trainer Yuliia Bekh, Professor of the Department of Sectoral Sociology at the Faculty of Sociology of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, business coach and facilitator.

The students will have the opportunity to improve their professional skills, implement innovative approaches in their work and make the training system more modern and effective.

It is important to emphasise the practical orientation of the programme and its focus on acquiring skills to be used in everyday work. In particular, during the training, participants will consider the essence of coaching, the use of interactive technologies, case methodology, and the specifics of online and offline training. In addition, they will receive a certificate and be included in the database of trainers of the High School.
