The training covered gender issues, Ukraine’s international and national commitments to gender equality, as well as a gender-responsive approach to decision-making based on the example of the National Action Plan for the Implementation of UN Security Council Resolution 1325 on ‘Women, Peace and Security’ until 2025, monitoring tools, gender statistics and budgeting.
In addition to theoretical issues, participants improved their practical skills during exercises on gender-sensitive services and multiple discrimination.
