In the period from 13 March to 17 March 2023, the High School of Public Governence together with the National Agency of Ukraine on Civil Service with the support of the Hanns Seidel Foundation in Ukraine and the project “European Union for Gender Equality: Reform Assistance Service”, the training project “Modern Tools for Professional Development of Civil Servants” was implemented.

Fifty public servants of categories B and C were trained, who mastered the practical skills of training design and the basics of training activities, the use of interactive teaching methods, and the basics of training programme design. They gained knowledge of innovative approaches to professional development of civil servants, legislative and institutional support for professional development of civil servants, key concepts of the modern concept of “Citizenship education”.

Together with the team of highly qualified trainers, the participants of the training project were able to gain comprehensive knowledge and practical experience that will help them to realise themselves as internal trainers for their institutions and in the system of professional training of civil servants in general.
