The Scientific and Expert Council of the High School of Public Governance started its work

On 21 June, the inaugural meeting of the Scientific and Expert Council of the High School of Public Governance, an advisory body established to provide scientific and expert support for the professional development of public servants, heads of local state administrations, their first deputies and deputies, local government officials, and local council members, took place.

Opening the meeting, the Director of the High School, Yuliia Likhach, emphasised that the Council was composed of scientists and experts in public administration, many of whom have practical experience in public authorities, and this will undoubtedly contribute to the quality of scientific support of the educational process, information and advisory support for scientific and practical events organised by the High School.

Liliia Goniukova, Chair of the Scientific and Expert Council, outlined the tasks and functions of the Council, focused on the organisational principles of its activities and stressed the importance of establishing educational and scientific partnerships for the development of human potential in the management sphere.

The members of the Council shared their ideas and proposals for the development of the main vectors of the Higher School of Public Administration as a state postgraduate education institution designed to implement a new philosophy of training public servants.

The meeting approved the Regulations on the Scientific and Expert Council and outlined the prospects for its work, including a conference in November 2023 on virtual learning and artificial intelligence in the field of advanced training of public servants.
