On April 06, 2023, the High School of Public Administration and the National Social Service signed a partnership and cooperation agreement.

Yulia Likhach, Director of the High School, and Vasyl Lutsyk, Head of the National Social Service of Ukraine, discussed the issues of joint expert development of educational, methodological and scientific support for the advanced training of public servants, in particular on combating human trafficking, protecting the rights of children under martial law and in the post-war period, the specifics of volunteer organizations, etc.

The agreements provide for the establishment of cooperation between the parties on the implementation of scientific and practical projects and programs, communication and scientific and educational events.

“Cooperation with the National Social Service specialists will make the professional development of public servants even more practice-oriented, aimed at developing practical skills and ensuring the connection between theoretical knowledge and real professional activity,” said Yulia Lykhach. The partnership between the parties will become more conceptual in terms of experience exchange and publication of analytical and informational materials to disseminate new ideas and best practices on public administration and civil service, professional development of civil servants, local government officials, heads of local state administrations, and members of local councils.
