The High School of Public Governance is the only educational institution that trains authorized persons on corruption prevention and detection.

In October, a two-day training program “The Role of the Manager in Building an Integrity Environment of the Organization” was held under the Anti-Corruption Program, which was developed by the High School together with the NAPC.

In addition, the Center for Professional Training in Innovative Tools and Technologies in Public Administration of the High School provided advanced training for authorized persons on corruption prevention and detection under the following general short-term programs:

• “Organization of work on declaration in a state body” (89 authorized persons for the prevention and detection of corruption were trained);

• “Corruption Risk Management” (97 authorized persons for the prevention and detection of corruption were trained).

A general short-term professional development program for authorized persons on corruption prevention and detection “Key Functions of the Professional Standard “Commissioner for Anti-Corruption Activities”” was also developed, which is planned to be implemented in 2024.

The trainers who implemented the training were:

• Tymchenko Iryna Volodymyrivna – Head of the Department of Professional Development of Authorized Units, Department of Educational Work and Training Programs;
• Oleksandr Kaitanskyi, Deputy Head of the Department for Policy Development in the Public Sphere, Public and Private Integrity Policy Development Department, National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption.
• Viktoriia Hermanenko – Chief Desk Officer of the Public and Private Integrity Policy Development Department.
• Bartko Volodymyr Volodymyrovych – Leading Desk Office of the Department of Integrity Policy Formation in the Public and Private Sector of the Public and Private Integrity Policy Formation Department of the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption.

We would like to add that in November of this year, we plan to implement a general professional development program “Prevention of Corruption and Ensuring Integrity” for 75 authorized persons for the prevention and detection of corruption ( public servants and local government officials).
