On 25 May 2023, the National Agency of Ukraine on Civil Service and the High School of Public Administration launched a general short profesional development programme “Communication of European Integration: the process of creating a communication strategy and action plan”.

The programme was developed jointly with the EU Project in Ukraine “Association4You” and is aimed at developing a system of knowledge on communication tasks in the field of European integration and the Association Agreement, planning a communication strategy and skills to create action plans based on it. Addressing the participants of the training, Nataliia Aliushyna, Head of the National Agency of Ukraine on Civil Service, stressed the importance of building proactive communication in the field of European integration and compliance with the One Voice Policy. The target group is public servants of categories “B” and “C” involved in the implementation of the Communication Strategy on Ukraine’s European Integration. In May-September 2023, 100 civil servants will be trained under this programme.

In addition, an online course “Communication of European Integration: the Process of Creating a Communication Strategy and Action Plan” is available on the platform of the online education studio Educational Hub of Kyiv, which is open to anyone who wants to take it as part of self-education.
