The High School and the Deposit Guarantee Fund have signed a document to establish effective cooperation.
The cooperation agreement was signed on 9 April by Yuliia Lykhach, Head of the High School, and Svitlana Rekrut, Managing Head of the Deposit Guarantee Fund.
The mission of the Fund is to guarantee deposits, protect the rights of creditors, and raise financial awareness to ensure confidence in the financial system and the welfare of society.
The cooperation with the High School, the main institution for professional development and advanced training of public servants, will enhance the DGF’s institutional capacity in the process of European integration. Additional opportunities for professional development of the Foundation’s employees within the framework of cooperation with the Higher School will also contribute to the Foundation’s personnel policy of ensuring the professional development of its employees.
Such cooperation will allow both parties to access new resources, knowledge and competences in the development and implementation of joint training courses and programmes, conducting research, organising events and activities.
Yuliia Lykhach spoke about the trainings and training courses that the Foundation’s employees will be able to join and noted interest in implementing a financial literacy course. Svitlana Rekrut confirmed the Foundation’s readiness to participate in the development of the financial literacy course curriculum and share its many years of experience, as the Foundation, as one of the key elements of the country’s financial security, supports projects that help Ukrainians develop sustainable financial habits and make good financial decisions.
