On 5 December, the Centre for Evaluation of Candidates for Civil Service Positions held a seminar on ‘Treasury Services for Budgetary Fund Managers under Martial Law’. The event was organised by the National Agency on Civil Service, the Higr School of Public Governance and the State Treasury Service of Ukraine.

The speaker at the seminar was Tetiana Sliuz, Head of the State Treasury Service of Ukraine. In her speech, she outlined the key challenges facing treasury services in wartime. The legal and regulatory framework governing this area was reviewed in detail, focusing on its practical application, and the issue of professional aspects that contribute to the efficiency of budgetary resources management was raised.
The event featured active interaction with the audience. The speaker devoted a significant part of her speech to answering questions from the participants, providing comprehensive explanations of the legislative norms and solving specific practical situations.

The event, which was attended by over 650 government officials, has become an important platform for professional discussion, exchange of experience and training, which is extremely important in the context of the crisis caused by the war.
