Results of professional development in human resources management

According to the Centre for Professional Development with Innovative Tools and Technologies in Public Administration of the High School, 1287 public servants of categories B and C and local government officials upgraded their skills in human resources management in 2023.

During this period, the High School, together with its partners, developed 6 general short-term training programmes on human resources management:

  • GSPDP “Result-Oriented Management”.
  • GSPDP Sociological support of management activities.
  • The GSPDP “Topical issues of exercising powers by civil servants under martial law”.
  • GSPDP “Emotional stability of a public servant”.
  • GSPDP “Psychosocial support for employees in the workplace during the war and post-war period”.
  • GSPDP “Human Resource Management Information System in Public Authorities (HRMIS). Self-service cabinet”.

In the period from 27 February to 15 November 2023, public servants and local government officials in the field of human resources management were trained under the programmes:

  • GSPDP “ConflictsThe general professional development programme “Conflicts, Stress, Manipulation in Professional Activities” (208 people).
  • GSPDP The SEMP “Modern tools for the professional development of civil servants” (49 people).
  • GSPDP The pre-service professional development course “Result-oriented management” (211 people).
  • GSPDP Sociological Support of Management Activities (174 people).
  • GSPDP The pre-service professional development course “Topical issues of exercising powers by civil servants under martial law” (55 people).
  • GSPDP The pre-service training course “Emotional stability of a public servant” (109 people).
  • GSPDP The CPDP “Psychosocial support for employees in the workplace during the war and post-war period” (96 people).
  • GSPDP The course “Determining the results of the performance appraisal of civil servants: an algorithm of actions” (316 people).
  • GSPDP The course “Human Resource Management Information System in Public Authorities (HRMIS). Self-service cabinet” (69 people).

Professional development in human resources management for public servants is important for ensuring effective human resources management in state and local government. It allows them to master modern methods and tools of HR management, develop the skills and abilities necessary for effective performance, and adapt to changes in legislation and HR management practices.
