In 2023, the High School and the EU project “Support to Comprehensive Public Administration Reform in Ukraine” (EU4PAR) implemented a number of activities.

In particular, a general short-term professional development programme “General Administrative Procedure” and a special short-term professional development programme “Use of Training Technologies in the Organisation of Training on New Principles of Administrative Procedure” were developed. The training was conducted for public servants of categories B and C and local government officials.

Under these programmes, 694 public servants of executive authorities responsible for the formation and implementation of state legal policy on administrative services and inspection activities, as well as public servants and local self-government officials working in the areas of administrative services and inspection activities, and other areas of public governance, and intending to transfer the knowledge gained to a wider range of other employees, have improved their skills.

We remind you that the Law of Ukraine “On Administrative Procedure” comes into force on 15 December 2023 and introduces general rules of interaction between the state and citizens and businesses operating in almost all EU member states.

Therefore, the joint plans of the High School and EU4PAR include continued cooperation in creating educational content and relevant programmes that will meet the professional development needs of various target audiences.
