On 29 August 2024, an Open Day was held at the Centre for Evaluation of Candidates for Civil Service Positions of the High School for representatives of the ‘Statesman’ Programme for Personal and Professional Development of Youth.

The purpose of the national programme ‘Statesman’ is to create a system of personal and professional development of young people in Ukraine aged 18 to 35, develop responsible leadership and increase the level of civic engagement of young people.

The participants of the event got acquainted with the main activities of the NAUCS, peculiarities of appointment to civil service positions, performance evaluation procedures, and internships in state and local self-government bodies.

Ihor Khrebtii, Head of the Evaluation Centre, briefed the participants on the main activities and technical capabilities of the Evaluation Centre. In particular, the standards of compliance with the barrier-free and equal opportunities standards implemented by the Assessment Centre.

During the event, the participants had the opportunity to talk to representatives of the NAUCS and the High School and ask them a large number of questions, to which they received detailed answers.
