As part of the educational marathon ‘Organisation of work in the de-occupied territories’, the High School hosted an online meeting with Mykhailo Lynetskyi, Head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration of the Kherson Oblast.

Participants had the opportunity to ask questions and hear about the peculiarities of implementing state and local policies under martial law and post-war reconstruction.

Mykhailo Lynetskyi shared the experience of the Kherson Regional Military Administration in the de-occupied territories, revealed key challenges and ways to overcome them, and gave practical advice on effective management under martial law and post-war recovery.

As a reminder, the educational marathon started at the School in early July and will last until October. As of today, 793 participants have registered for the marathon. The programme, which consists of 5 training modules, involves experienced public administration experts with extensive experience in state and local government.
