On 8 February, a Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between the All-Ukrainian Association of ATC, the National Agency of Ukraine on Civil Service and the High School of Public Governance.

The document was signed by Oleksandr Korinnyi, Head of the Association of ATC, Nataliia Aliushyna, Head of the National Agency of Ukraine on Civil Service, and Yuliia Lykhach, Head of the High School.

The purpose is to implement joint projects and initiatives aimed at strengthening the institutional capacity and professional development of local self-government officials and local council members.

By the way, the High School actively cooperates with the Association, so the signing of the memorandum will only strengthen joint work on professional training of local government representatives. We are talking about the successfully implemented educational project “‘School of Starostas’, which has improved the professional competencies of more than 600 local government officials from 242 communities. Almost 400 local government representatives from different communities have already started studying at the BoostPro International School of Project Management and Grant Writing.

The main areas of cooperation defined in the memorandum include the taking of activities and implementation of initiatives aimed at strengthening the institutional capacity of local authorities, improving and developing the professional development system, implementing joint projects, developing training and methodological support for professional development, expert and advisory assistance, and exchanging experience and information, etc.
