On November 6, 2024, the first meetings of two working groups were held to develop recommendations on the list of requirements for competencies and professional knowledge, as well as short-term training programmes for seven positions: ‘Public Policy Analysis and Rulemaking’ and ‘Information Security and Cyber Defence’. Representatives of the National Agency, the High School, the Cabinet of Ministers, the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Digital Transformation, the State Special Communications Service, the NSDC’s Countering Disinformation Centre and the Centre for Adaptation of the Civil Service to EU Standards took part in the discussions.

Based on the results of the working groups’ work, recommendations will be developed on the list of requirements for competencies and professional knowledge that will form the basis for the development of short-term training programmes for civil servants in the following positions: “Public Policy Analysis and Lawmaking” and “Information Security and Cyber Defence”, which will be implemented on the basis of the High School of Public Governance.
