The study, which lasted from 13 to 27 December 2023, was conducted by the High School with the support of the Regional Fund for Public Governance Reform in the Eastern Partnership Countries, GIZ. The aim was to study the needs of public servants for psychosocial support, adaptation and development of psychological competence.

The anonymous survey involved 9,843 people who answered the questionnaire using a formalised tool in Google Forms. The use of this research method, together with an official cover letter, ensured effective distribution of the survey questionnaire.

The respondents provided answers to the set of questions and also had the opportunity to express their own opinions if they differed from the proposed options.
The survey included two sets of questions:

  • questions on assessing the need for training of trainers on psychosocial support and adaptation of fellow veterans;
  • questions about the psychological state of the agency’s employees.
  • The results of the survey will form the basis for the preparation and implementation of training programmes on psychosocial support in the workplace.
