On 20 June 2023, a partnership and cooperation agreement was signed between the High School of Public Governance, represented by its Director Yuliia Likhach, and the Institute of Public Administration and Civil Protection Research, represented by its Head Petro Volianskyi.

The subject of this agreement was the establishment of cooperation on scientific and practical projects and programmes, joint scientific and educational events, including international ones, exchange of study visits and experience, development and publishing of publications, information and methodological materials on public administration and public service, professional development of public servants, local government officials, heads of local state administrations, members of local councils, and development of proposals for the operation of institutions under martial law.
