The Head of the High School, Yuliia Lykhach, and the Head of the National Mediation and Reconciliation Service, Dmytro Kukhniuk, signed a partnership and cooperation agreement.

The document stipulates joint scientific and educational events, exchange of study visits and experience, development and publication of information and methodological materials on public administration and civil service, professional development of public servants, and development of proposals for the work of institutions under martial law in Ukraine.

During the meeting, the Chairman of the Service and the Head of the High School discussed cooperation in detail.

The parties agreed to prepare curricula, conduct trainings and seminars for the Service employees; advanced training of the Service civil servants on selected topics in accordance with their needs; training of labour arbitrators, independent mediators in the field of social dialogue and labour mediation; involvement of experts and specialists of the parties in joint information and training events; participation in international projects to exchange experience and learn best international practices.
