On 25 March 2024, the High School started training under the programme “Topical Issues of Exercising Powers by Civil Servants under Martial Law”.
Changing priorities and tasks, the need to adapt to new challenges, improving work efficiency, preparing for post-war recovery – all this requires civil servants to organise their work as efficiently as possible, optimise procedures and make more informed decisions. That is why professional development of civil servants, acquisition of new knowledge and skills is so important in times of war.
Over the course of a week, civil servants of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine will improve their professional competencies in the context of martial law.
The aim of the training is to update knowledge in the field of information protection, cyber defence, application of anti-corruption legislation in a special period, improvement of business communication and public speaking skills, development of effective communication and interaction with people in a crisis.
The students will be taught by expert trainers from government agencies.
Professional development in times of war is not just a formal requirement, but also an urgent need. Not only the efficiency of the state apparatus, but also the future of Ukraine depends on the competence and knowledge of public servants.
