At a meeting of the Coordination Council, which was attended by Yuliia Lykhach, Director of the High School of Public Management, the draft Strategy and Action Plan for the Development of the Professional Development System until 2027 were approved.

The document defines five strategic goals aimed at diversifying the educational services market, creating conditions for the effective management of postgraduate education institutions and modernising the professional development infrastructure, developing the potential and capacity of HR services.

The High School of Public Governance will introduce training mechanisms for senior public servants and those holding political positions. The key factor is the practical orientation of the training programmes, combining national experience with the best international practices.

Particular attention will be paid to training public servants to ensure the post-war recovery and development of Ukraine, as well as the implementation of Ukraine’s European and Euro-Atlantic integration.

“Effective coordination of actions at the level of government agencies, local authorities, development partners, and civil society institutions will allow us to fully engage the available potential for professionalising the public service,” said Nataliia Aliushyna, Head of the NAUCS.
