Completion of the program “Capability-based risk management”

On 30 October, the High School of Public Governance successfully completed the training program “Capacity-Based Risk Management”. This program was developed in cooperation with the Institute of Public Administration and Civil Protection Research and is aimed at improving the skills of specialists in the field of emergency management.

The main goal of the program is to acquire knowledge and practical skills to strengthen national resilience in a complex and unpredictable security environment. It is designed to lay the foundation for new management approaches aimed at effective risk management based on the capabilities of civil servants.

During the training, the participants deepened their knowledge of the methodology of crisis situations, mastered the methods of risk identification, analysis and assessment, and learned about modern approaches to system analysis and process modeling. Particular emphasis was placed on the practical application of risk assessment and management tools, which is extremely important in the public sector.

100 civil servants successfully completed the training, gaining not only theoretical knowledge but also practical skills necessary to ensure national resilience and effective response to current challenges.
