The educational marathon “Organisation of work in the de-occupied territories” continues to gain traction, providing participants with valuable knowledge and skills to work successfully in difficult conditions. On July 31, the training participants had the opportunity to discuss the importance of communication and interaction in public administration with Roksolana Stadnyk, Director of the Department of Information and Public Relations of the CMU Secretariat.

The speaker of the module stressed that in the context of the restoration of the de-occupied territories, communication is not just a tool, but a foundation for successful work. It helps to restore trust, engage the public, coordinate actions and combat disinformation, which is critical for successful reintegration.

During her presentation, Roksolana Stadnyk discussed in detail such aspects of effective communication as organisational support, values and principles, and tools for effective public relations. She also focused on key messages and information channels.

As a reminder, the pilot project to create a reserve of employees to work in the de-occupied territories, initiated by the Government in May 2023, aims to provide government agencies with qualified personnel. The educational marathon is part of this project, which aims to prepare participants to work in the difficult conditions of recovery.
