The online course ‘Transitional Justice and the Application of its Principles in Ukraine’ is available on the online platform of the High School of Public Governance.

This course was developed by the independent non-governmental organisation UpRights, the Hague Academy of Local Governance Asser Institute within the framework of the programme ‘Restoring Dignity and Justice in Ukraine’, implemented by the International Development Law Organisation (IDLO) and funded by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Netherlands.

The online course provides an opportunity to learn more about the concept of transitional justice, its purpose, principles, tasks and methods, promotion of social unity, as well as the relevance of transitional justice instruments for Ukraine, with a focus on the work of local governments in de-occupied communities.

Upon completion of the course, a certificate of professional development is issued.
