Yuliia Lykhach, Head of the High School of Public Governance, and Mykola Mytnyk, Rector of Ternopil National Technical University, signed a partnership and cooperation agreement aimed at deepening professional interaction. The agreement opens up new opportunities for the implementation of joint scientific and practical projects and programmes that will help improve public administration at the national level.
The agreement provides for the organisation of scientific and educational events, including international ones, the exchange of study visits, and the preparation of publications and information and methodological materials. This will help to improve the professional training of civil servants, local government officials and members of local councils. It is also planned to jointly develop recommendations on the functioning of educational institutions in wartime.
The cooperation includes the exchange of information and documents, as well as monitoring of current issues and development of proposals for their resolution. Both parties will organise research and working consultations, as well as hold meetings to effectively discuss pressing issues.
The agreement promises to be an important step towards the development of public administration, enhancing professional capabilities and ensuring the professional growth of civil servants.
