On 6 February, representatives of the High School of Public Governance, the National Agency of Ukraine for Civil Service and the EU4PAR project met with representatives of HR services. The main purpose of the event was to discuss and formulate effective mechanisms for the professional development of public sector employees, namely, HR employees. In particular, attention was focused on opportunities for cooperation in the field of training specialists who meet the requirements and challenges of modern public service.
Yuliia Lykhach, Head of the High School of Public Governance, presented the capabilities and needs of the educational institution and invited the participants of the HR workshop to cooperate as trainers. During the meeting, the participants presented the training programs that the High School can conduct for HR professionals.
The participants of the meeting identified the priority needs for training and formats of its delivery within the training for trainers. Such cooperation will help to create an effective system of training for HR specialists, which will contribute to the professionalization of HR processes in the public service and increase the efficiency of public administration.
