Registration for the general short-term professional development programme “Studying the needs of different groups of women and men and establishing gender-sensitive communication” starts on 23 August 2023.

The list of professional competences that the programme is aimed at improving:

-professional knowledge in the field of ensuring equal rights and opportunities for women and men;

-principles of preventing and combating discrimination;

-effective decision-making;

-implementation of changes;

-communication and interaction.

The training for public servants of categories B and C and local government officials will start on 30 August and will be held remotely.

The total enrolment is 50 people.
