On 20 and 21 May, the High School of Public Governance hosted a training course for civil servants holding category A positions under the Financial Literacy programme.
The aim of the two-day training was to raise awareness of civil servants in the area of the financial system.
The training consisted of two blocks: the first day was dedicated to the budget system during the special period, the framework of financial competences of the country’s population, and public procurement; the second day of training was aimed at developing personal competences, including the psychology of financial decision-making, personal financial security and protection of funds in banks under martial law. The trainers were experts from the Reforms Office of the Ministry of Finance, the Deposit Guarantee Fund and the High School of Public Governance.
