On 23 January, representatives of the High School of Public Governance began training in the basics of coaching. The training is aimed at preparing competent trainers to work in the field of public administration and related fields, providing them with the skills to effectively interact with the audience, create high-quality trainings and develop modern educational programmes.
Over the course of three weeks, participants will master the key aspects of coaching. The programme covers the conceptual foundations of training, preparation and delivery of training sessions, as well as techniques for effective communication with different audiences. Particular emphasis is placed on training design, including structure, selection of training methods and tools. At the same time, participants will practice practical skills such as creating presentations, using the Zoom platform and integrating modern technologies to improve the efficiency of the learning process.
This course is an important tool for improving the professional level of trainers working in the public sector. The knowledge gained will allow them to implement modern approaches to training, improve communication and contribute to the quality training of specialists to address current challenges.
