On 2 December 2024, in cooperation with the National Commission for State Language Standards, the High School of Public Governance started training for employees of educational and scientific institutions or individual entrepreneurs under the short-term training programme ‘Fundamentals of Theory and Practice of Developing and Reviewing Test Tasks for State Language Exams’.
Opening the course, Yuliia Lykhach, Head of the High School of Public Governance, noted that the programme was the result of cooperation between the School and the National Commission for State Language Standards. This cooperation dates back to 2023, when a Memorandum was signed between the institutions. On its basis, an Interaction Plan was developed, which includes strategic initiatives, with special attention paid to the development and implementation of professional development programmes.
The new course aims to deepen the participants’ knowledge of state language proficiency levels and methods of assessing communicative competence. The training combines theoretical lessons with practical exercises on creating and reviewing test tasks of various forms. Particular emphasis is placed on the introduction of innovative technologies that ensure the quality and relevance of the learning process. The development of methodological materials, modern educational technologies and scientific and practical events makes the programme effective and accessible.
The High School of Public Governance continues to strengthen its cooperation with partner institutions, striving to improve the professional level of public servants. The focus remains on integrating innovations into the educational process and expanding opportunities for the development of the civil service in line with modern challenges.
