From September 30 to October 7, 2024, civil servants of category A took part in the Art of Public Speaking programme, which combined distance learning and face-to-face training.
The programme is aimed at developing key public speaking, communication and leadership skills necessary for the effective performance of civil servants. The main objective of the course is to improve the ability to speak in front of an audience, master non-verbal communication and confidently represent the state’s interests.
The programme included lectures, workshops, practical exercises and group discussions. This approach helped the participants not only develop their public speaking skills in particular, but also improve their communication and leadership skills in general.
