On January 30, the High School of Public Governance in cooperation with the German Society for International Cooperation (GIZ) launches the European Integration training programme for public servants. The course is aimed at officials of various levels involved in European integration processes or working in the field of international relations.
Its goal is to improve the level of English language proficiency, which is a prerequisite for effective communication with international partners, working with EU documents, participating in negotiations, conferences and other events related to European integration.
The programme will enable participants to use English confidently in official and professional communication, understand specific terminology and principles of working with EU documents. In addition, the training will help to develop negotiation, public speaking and presentation skills, which are key in international activities. A special emphasis will be placed on adapting civil servants to the standards and practices of European institutions, as well as on understanding the cultural aspects of international communication.
The launch of this programme is an important step in training professionals capable of working effectively in the field of European integration. In the context of Ukraine’s active rapprochement with the EU, high-quality language skills and knowledge of international standards are becoming a necessity for civil servants who shape the country’s future.
