On 20 September, registration for the general short-term professional development programme “Psychosocial Support for Employees in the Workplace in the Context of War and the Post-War Period” will begin.

The target group is public servants of categories B and C, local government officials, including employees of human resources management services.

The programme is aimed at improving the level of knowledge, skills and abilities in organising psychosocial support in the workplace, which will ensure individual productivity of civil servants and the state body as a whole, help maintain psychological resilience; mastering the skills of taking care of one’s mental health.

The course starts on 25 September. The total number of participants is 26 people.
